All policies are Final and NO changes without the permission of Regal Soccer Club management.
- Weather Inclement: There are no refunds due to bad weather. While camp will continue at a designated shelter or indoor facility until bad weather clears, soccer & active games will not likely be played indoors.
- Changes to camp weeks: Any and all changes to your weeks of camp after initial registration are subject to a $20 fee per occurrence.
- Anti-bullying policy: We are committed to providing a caring, friendly & safe environment for all participants Camper and staff. Bullying of any kind is not tolerated at our camps. We reserve the right to remove your camper from camp if we deem the behavior to be inappropriate. There are no refunds for campers if wants to withdraw mid-week.
- Before & after care / fee for late pickup: Before & after care is non-refundable & applies per camper per week regardless of how many days are required that week. Late pick up after 4:30 pm will be subject to an additional $15 per 30 minute charge daily.
- Transportation: We do not offer pick up or drop off service. You must drop and pickup your camper from the camp location
